Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of www.bhuna-rajwada.com and orders placed with Bhuna Rajwada Kitchens (“Bhuna Rajwada”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Ordering

• Build your order on the site; a summary is sent to us via WhatsApp to confirm. An order is accepted only once we confirm it.
• We are a fresh, pre-order kitchen. For the best taste we recommend pre-ordering; some dishes may be marked sold out when stock runs low.
• You must provide accurate name, phone, and delivery details.

Prices & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices and menu items may change without notice.
• Payment is collected as communicated at the time of confirming your order.

Delivery

• We deliver across Greater Noida West (Gaur City 1 & 2, Gaur Chowk to ATS Happy Trails) and nearby areas.
• Amrapali Golf Homes: free delivery.
• Neighbourhood delivery: ₹49. Free on orders above ₹499.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary with demand, weather, and traffic.

Cancellations & refunds

Our food is freshly cooked to order and is perishable. Once we have begun preparing your order it cannot be cancelled. If something is wrong with your order, contact us on 7084959556 as soon as possible on the day of delivery and we will make it right at our reasonable discretion.

Food, allergens & hygiene

Our dishes are prepared in a kitchen that also handles mutton, chicken, eggs, dairy, gluten, and other ingredients, so traces may be present. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please tell us before ordering. We prepare food under our FSSAI licence (No. 22726XXXXXXXXX).

Reviews

Reviews you submit must be genuine and your own. Do not post unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, or links/spam. We may hide or remove reviews that break these rules, and we may post a public response.

Intellectual property

The Bhuna Rajwada name, logo, menu, photos, and site content are ours and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
