Information we collect

• Orders: your name, phone number, and delivery address — used only to prepare, deliver, and confirm your order.
• Reviews: your name, star rating, the dishes you chose, your comment, and your phone number. Your phone number is kept private — it is never shown publicly and is used only to keep reviews genuine.
• Anti-spam: a one-way hashed (irreversible) form of your IP address, used solely to rate-limit and block spam. We do not store your raw IP with your review.
• App storage: if you install our web app (PWA), your browser caches pages and remembers items you found helpful. This stays on your device.

We do not collect payment card details on this site, and we do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use your information

• To take, prepare, and deliver your food order.
• To confirm orders and coordinate delivery over phone / WhatsApp.
• To publish genuine guest reviews (name, rating, comment, dishes only).
• To prevent spam and abuse of the review system.

How your order reaches us

When you place an order, your details are saved to our kitchen dashboard and a summary opens in WhatsApp so you can send it to us to confirm. Sending that message shares your order details with us via WhatsApp, which has its own privacy terms.

Service providers

Order and review data is stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) on our behalf. We share your information only as needed to deliver your order (e.g. with our delivery staff). We never sell or rent your personal information.

Data retention

We keep order and review records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal or accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete your personal data where we are not required to keep it.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information.
• Request that a review you posted be taken down.
